These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thechiroiq.com and any related content, features, or services (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Educational purpose only

ChiroIQ provides general educational information about chiropractic care and musculoskeletal health. The Site does notprovide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or any form of professional healthcare service. No doctor-patient, chiropractor-patient, or other professional relationship is created by your use of the Site.

2. Independent operator; no affiliation with The Joint Corp.

ChiroIQ is an independent service operated by The Joint Chiropractic Rosemead SMB operators. ChiroIQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by The Joint Corp., thejoint.com, or the corporate team of The Joint Chiropractic. All third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

3. No PII collected

You agree not to submit personally identifiable information, protected health information, insurance details, or any sensitive personal information through the Site or the AI chat. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. AI-generated content

Answers generated by artificial intelligence may be incomplete, inaccurate, out of date, or otherwise unreliable. You must independently verify any information before relying on it and should consult a licensed healthcare professional regarding your specific situation.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass any security or rate limiting;

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CHIROIQ, ITS OPERATORS, OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, BODILY HARM, WORSENED MEDICAL CONDITION, DELAYED DIAGNOSIS OR TREATMENT, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ChiroIQ and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
